Making the Most
of the Holiday Season

What can happen when family or friends drop in unannounced and unexpected?

YOU KNOW THAT IT HAPPENS!

With a Thermomix it is real easy to whiz up a fruit sorbet in 60 seconds, a yummy dip in less time than that, a coleslaw salad in less time than it takes to read about it here... and Grandma's custard in just 7 minutes... without having to watch the pot or stir the mixture!

Here is a fun recipe should you need to make a fancy Christmas Custard quickly...
75g sugar
200g cream
200g milk
3 eggs
40g brandy

Place the sugar into the bowl and mill for 15 secs on speed 9.
Insert butterfly.

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes at 80 degrees on speed 4.
Mixture should coat the back of a wooden spoon and will thicken on standing.

A lot of families stay around home for the few days after Christmas (before New Year)... so if you live near Brisbane and want to arrange/see a Thermomix demonstration with your family and/or friends... call me on 0429 959 756 to book a time slot.

Remember... the 9 months interest free option runs out exactly at midnight 31st December 2010.

All applications for 9 months interest free lodged before then are considered.

Hope your Festive Season is Yummy and Fun,
Cliff
